1 - Getting used to living on a budget:-

This is the key to a minimalist life. We should not spend a single penny beyond our allowance. The only way to do that is planning. Spending Every rupee should be accounted for.

2 - Living on fewer things:-

Let's have 30 shirts stacked in the home bureau. Seeing a new offer online will make you want to buy another shirt. Otherwise, keeping a list of what items we have and how much we use them. will prevent us from buying unnecessary items over and over again.

3- Future Planning:-

Things like medical insurance are very important. Be sure to patiently read the account statement every month decide what is not needed and control it in subsequent months. Investing certain amount of income in different investment schemes.

4 - Questioning Every Purchase:-

Before buying anything, Do I need it...can I live without it...if possible calculate for how long only if I have the motivation to buy the item even after that.

5 - Giving to others:-

The greatest happiness in the world is helping others is the secret formula followed by everyone from Warren Buffett to Bill Gates. Give as much money as possible to others every month. That will make you live contentedly

For example, a supermarket is visited by a wide variety of people. But not everyone buys the same thing. Even if a husband and wife go with a family like children, everyone's needs are different. In the same way, the mind filters out only what it is familiar with and what it likes from the messages around it.

How does the mind work in this?

The mind filters information in three ways: elimination, exclusion, and generalization. Let's look at deletion first. If your thinking is positive, you will attract only the positive and negative in the things that happen around you. If your thinking is negative you will only attract such negative messages.

For example, If someone praises you, if you have a positive thought, you will feel happy. If you have a negative thought, your mind will think that he despises you as he praises you. பிரச்சனை என்றால் என்ன? அதற்க்கு ஏதாவது உருவம் உண்டா? நிச்சயமாக கிடையாது.

மனிதர்களாகிய நாம் கொடுக்கும் உருவமும் அர்த்தமும்தான் ஒரு நிகழ்வை பிரச்சனையாக எடுத்து கொள்வது.

ஒரு நிகழ்வை உணர்ச்சிபூர்வமாக அணுகும்போது அது சாதாரண நிகழ்வாக இருந்தாலும் அதற்கு கொடுக்கும் பெயர் பிரச்னை.

இன்று மனித இனத்தைப் பீடித்திருக்கும் நோய்களில் பெரும்பான்மையான பிரச்னைகள் நம் எண்ணங்களில்தான் இருக்கின்றன.
